Tell us what documents you need – wills, trusts, probate, divorce, LLC, deeds, and more. Not sure? Just ask, and we’ll point you the right way (and tell you honestly if your situation needs an attorney instead).
2. Complete the Questionnaire
We collect your information through a simple, secure intake – by form, phone, or email, whatever is easiest for you. You only provide the basics up front; sensitive details are handled securely, never through a public web form.
3. We Prepare, You Review
We prepare your documents at your direction, based on the information you provide. You review everything and approve it – nothing is final until you say so.
4. Sign, File, or Record
You receive clear instructions for signing (including notary steps where needed). Depending on the service, we’ll also explain any filing or recording steps, so you always know exactly what happens next.
Good to Know
Timing: turnaround depends on the service and, for court matters, on the court’s own schedule – we’ll give you a realistic estimate up front, never a guarantee.
Costs: our preparation fee is quoted clearly before we start. Third-party costs (court filing fees, recording fees) are separate and we’ll tell you what to expect.
Your information: handled confidentially and used only to prepare your documents.
